For my Speech Communication 190 we are tasked to sell a region and features its unique qualities. Our group decided to sell Laguna to our class mates. We pretend that we are part of a travel and tour company. And to be more realistic i made these brochure/bookmark-turned-in-to-stickers as a souvenir to our class mates. Good thing it turned out good because i am worried with the low quality photos i used for this project.
Because of this, i realized that i can also be a designer or maybe a layout artist for a travel and tour company. lol
After one week since second term started I am already busy,
not with my subject but because of my commitment with UP Baguio Editorial Board
2013. For those who don’t know I am elected as the layout artist for our
college. For the past few days I am finalizing the layout for our batch year
book. To tell you the truth I am really conscious for what will be the final
output for this, since I am basically the one who will design the entire book, I
have this feeling that if my batch mates don’t like our year book, it’s
entirely my fault. But still, I know that my EB mates will be there.
Anyway, I quit my job for this Indian outsourcing company
because I need to focus on my job as a layout artist of our batch. Also, I really
don’t feel the articles he is assigning me to do. But still, at least I experienced
talking business stuff with an Indian guy, which is good because I am imagining
that I am talking to Rajesh (Hello Big Bang Theory fans!). I’ll try looking for
a job maybe next year.

Yesterday, I
bought these two bracelets for a very reasonable price. It’s been a while since
I bought an accessory because you know, I am always broke. Thank God for the cheap Korean stores in the
city.
My family
is not a fan of Christmas. We don’t usually do stuff like hanging Santa’s socks
or singing Christmas songs on the 24th. We just eat a good meal and
then sleep. Yeah, we always do that every year. But last term break my mother
asked me to accompany her to buy some decorations for our tree. The fun memory
I have of Christmas trees was when we used to have a real tree for a Christmas
tree. These are the decorations we got. This year’s color is blue so my mom
bought some Christmas stuff in blue. How nice is that?
So today
was fun. I spent half of my day watching The Big Bang Theory Series and one
episode of The Walking Dead although after five minutes I fell asleep. I got hot
air balloon henna on my right arm but it is just so bad. Sorry but still, thank
you Baby for your effort. Then, since I am such a spontaneous person, I got my
hair dyed brown for no reason. I just asked my boyfriend to accompany me then
yey! I now have a new hair color. After that, we ate at 50s Diner because I am
craving for a salad but when we got there I just ordered the usual. When can I eat
the salad I want? Sad. But still, I enjoyed my favorite chocolate ice cream shake. So yeah.
I am a kind
of person who prefers to stay at home than go out. I don’t hate going out but I
just feel more comfortable staying at home, read some books, and eat. For me,
it is more amusing to stay at home, watch some good show than sweat myself by
walking outside under the heat of the sun. I know most of you would disagree
that it is more fun by going out especially with your friends, but for me I choose
to be alone and have some quiet time by myself. It sounded like I am such an
emotional person but that is the truth. Last
sem break I just went outside twice- with my high school friends to watch
Sinister and with my mother to buy some Christmas stuff. And then the rest of
my days were spent at home. These photos will show you how I spent my break.

I am sorry
for not frequently updating this blog of mine. Though I have plenty of time to
upload some of my pending photos, I am not in the mood to put some words out of
those visuals.
Anyway, a
little update about my life. Today, I finally enrolled myself to my last
semester in UP Baguio. It was a two-day enrollment for me. Also, I am just
waiting for a call for my possible employer. I really hope that they will call
because if they not, I do not know if am enthusiastic enough to submit my
application form to every company here in Baguio.

Last
Saturday i went to Baguio for our event. That was one super tiring event. The
night was really fun, except that you know, organizer problems, you can’t
really watch the entire event because we have to take charge of everything. But
still, we enjoyed the company of both Baguio and Manila bands. The entire night
was full of good music and of course, cold alcohol drinks.
